“Everyday Topographie”, is a series of drawings that came into being in the context of quarantine. The starting idea was to pay attention to everyday spaces and their surfaces, like the kitchen/cooking board, the living room/dining table, the bathroom/shelf, the bedroom/work table… and every object that is always or almost always on the same surfaces, according to their function. A highlighting of the repetition of an action, that of putting the object in a precise place and by this repetition giving it a defined space. By the repetition of this action, an invisible imprint is engraved on the surface. Like fragments of daily topography made visible by the line drawn several times on the surface of the paper.
“Topographie quotidienne”, est une série de dessins qui a vue le jour dans un contexte de quarantaine. L’idée de départ a été de porter attention aux espaces quotidiens et leurs surfaces, comme la cuisine/la planche à cuisiner, le salon/la table à manger, la salle de bain/l’étagère, la chambre/la table de travail… et chaque objet qui se retrouve toujours ou presque sur les mêmes surfaces, en fonction de leur fonction. Une mise en lumière de la répétition d’une action, celui de poser un objet à un endroit précis et par cette répétition lui donner un espace défini. Par la répétition de cette action une emprunte invisible se grave dans la surface. Comme des fragments de topographie quotidienne rendu visible par la ligne dessinée plusieurs fois sur la surface du papier.
